Closed Allow sales of fireworks to the public and stop the 'ban everything' brigade

I see the ban everything brigade is out in force, so lets do something against them.
There is NOTHING and I repeat NOTHING wrong with selling fireworks to anyone who wants them, allowing those people to HAVE FUN and enjoy themselves.
I am NOT a miserable old git, neither do I want to be so lets have a bit more TOLERANCE of people, people having fun, kids playing out and general NORMALITY.
