Rejected petition I would like the Prime minister, to persanally control the salaries of all government sections

I would like the Prime Minister to, personally take responsibillity, for the control of ALL heads of department salaries, and to ensure that the taxpayer is NOT fleeced by these greedy money grabbers.
He should SET maximum salaries, and no one should "award" themselves, more than his.
