Get on top of the pandemic by vaccinating faster: use the Oxford-AstraZeneca advantage to operate a 24/7 vaccination programme, bringing in military, trained staff in public centres, volunteers etc until done.
Get out of lockdown and back to a normal economy faster. With our NHS and our own fridge stored vaccine we should be first in the world.
