Rejected petition To donate £3 towards the cost of the Co-vid vaccination after receiving it.

As far as I know the average cost of a Co-vid vaccination jab is between €3-€27. The Oxford double vaccine possibly more.
I would happily donate the minimum 3 pounds back to the nhs when I receive my vaccine and my response on social media is very encouraging.
It will donate a little bit back to the Nhs; there isn't one person I know who would not donate 3 pounds after they receive the jab. 3 pounds per person would surely have a positive impact on morale to say the least.
It can be optional.
