The Joint enterprise law sentences those who were with the suspect at the time of committing the crime. However one who is present may of not known that his/her companion was going to do the harmful act. Under this law many people predominately young people's bright futures are ruined by being prosecuted which prevents them from working and continuing life she to a criminal record that they got for not even committing the crime. A review ias needed on the Joint Enterprise Law
