Closed Only sell fireworks to those with a licence

I would like to see fireworks only sold to those that have applied and paid for a 'special licence'

(like those organising events and have to apply for a drinks licence)

Retailers will only be able to sell to those showing their licence and must record licence details as well as name, address etc.

Once sale agreed. Fireworks can only be collected by arrangement on a date close to their event date and must explain their storage facilities for storing explosives.

Only once we have some sort of regulation, will we stop the use of fireworks misuse in the streets and also confine them to a couple of dates in the year.

Hopefully, it will also encourage people to only attend organised displays, instead of using them at home.
