Closed Encourage all wealth creation activities by tax breaks.

In order to boost the nation's wealth & prosperity: encourage all who are engaged in wealth producing activities with tax breaks (such as: Manufacturing; Engineering; Farming; Building; and all Life sustaining and enchanting activities); while in order to discourage the drainage of the nation's wealth, discourage leaching type activities (such as administration and percentage surcharging: financial services, estate agency, banking and usury unless they are related activities in those areas that automate these sedentary or paper shuffling type administration work) conversely yet keeping the nation's finance balanced as these taxation adjustments are imposed.
