To remove all Bishops from the House of Lords
Or
To remove all but one Bishop from the House of Lords and then provide peerages to one leading member from each of the religions represented in the population of the UK (all religions that have a following of over 0.5% of the UK population)

No respectable democracy can have an over representation of a religious group, as that would be unrepresentative of all other religions in the UK due to the great ideological differences between most religions
