The government should freeze council taxes during the national lockdown to support so many forced to stop working.

During a time where the government have made it law for many not to work the citizens should have their council tax frozen, without future increase. Many are struggling to pay rent, mortgages, utility bills and debt will cause homelessness. The government must support with a council tax freeze!
