Allow users of apps and services to opt in and legally refuse any and all collection of personal information, including all personally identifiable information and anonymous data such as product id, geolocation and IP addresses.

Prevent denial of access to services based on user choice.

Information is sold on the internet to great profit of companies who force users to allow the retention of data at the risk of being denied acces to services.
This information can be brought for legitimate reasons, such as research, but it is also brought by people who intend to resell that data for use by scammers and fraudsters.

Scammers buy information such as email addresses and phone number to commit their crimes with no penalty as they hide their true location.
