Rejected petition Extend Theory test certificate Dates

I want the parliament to look into extending time for those people who have lost almost a year not being able to learn driving properly, who have had tests cancelled, and are facing loosing their test’s due to their certificate expiration date coming to a end.

Is no fault of any person who is facing this. Tests have been cancelled and should have to resit another theory test. Also the expense aswel.
