I would like to make children's homes a better place instead of abuse and cruelty to children in care.

If children have come from a rough background then i think they should come into a better place instead of getting abused in care let alone at home by parents.

I haven't been in this case but I have heard about children's homes. And seen what they look like. Please take notice. It's serious. Thank you.
