Rejected petition Allow learner drivers to practice with a member of their household

Just as Scotland and Wales, allow learner drivers to practice accompanied by a member of their household with a driving license. It is unjust, if theory test certificates are not being extended, while many learners have not been able to book lessons or tests and now not even practice privately.

Learners must exercise their freedom to do so safely, especially as many have finically invested in driving.
