Rejected petition To benefit from Stamp Duty Holiday if we accepted a mortgage offer before March

Like many others, I have bought a new build. I recieved my mortgage offer back in June and I also exchanged contracts. My completion date is March but there is a small chance it could be delayed.
The Stamp duty extension has been denied so I have created a new proposal which I think is fair.
