Current Benefit cap at UK "average" earning is a good start but does not go far enough.

The hard working public below this percentile find it demotivating to see in our streets and in the papers people who decline jobs because of only borderline improvement vs. their generous benefit package.

This will drive a culture change and stop the complaining of lack of jobs, which our EU visitors are gladly taking vs. lazy Brits!
