Its outrageous that a Statutory Demand can be raised without a judgement in any Country in the World thereby creating havoc for the recipient of the Statutory Demand and taking a few days out of your life to defend ! - Why is this allowed ?? Why have the justice Dept and Chris Grayling not replied to the e mails sent concerning this misuse of legal instruments ?
