After the year they’ve had so far, all NHS workers deserve to have a Review their salary and increase it greater than the rate of inflation and at a minimum of 5%. Applied to all who work in the NHS.

After years of pay freeze and the extreme pressures the NHS has seen over the past year leading to stress, anxiety and PTSD from the COVID-19 pandemic means they deserve this review and an increase.
