Rejected petition Reduce VAT on domestic gas & electricity to 0% during the Covid pandemic.

As a population we are being told to stay at home. Children are educated from home, adults working from home, many are shielding at home. VAT is associated, by many with luxury items; warmth, light and the ability to cook food should not be a luxury at anytime. Let alone during a global pandemic.
