Beautiful villages are being destroyed by large developers who are taking advantage of new planning guidelines. They are targeting green field sites. The developers are managing to gain approval for huge housing schemes, in spite of massive local opposition, by appealing to national inspectors. This petition is to put the vote into the hands of the local community and consequently save our beautiful countryside from turning into a mass of concrete!
