Rejected petition Add bus drivers to the priority list for the COVID-19 Vaccine

We have risked our health and our families health daily since the start of the pandemic as we are unable to work from home. This profession has been hit hard, losing too many friends and colleagues nationally; not to mention at our local depot, we need to avoid more families being torn apart.

The public transport industry has been forgotten about but are expected to put themselves at risk by having to go to work transporting passengers; a lot of which are unwilling to wear face masks. We have lost too many colleagues and witnessed too many families torn apart by this virus whilst just trying to make a living and provide for their families.
All bus drivers should be added to the priority list for the COVID-19 Vaccine as a matter of urgency.
