Change the lockdown measures to allow couples living apart to be in a bubble regardless of households.

Mental health benefits, being able to be with someone you love and hold during the bad and the good. Allow couples to progress and move forward together rather than holding them back. Allow them to spend time together indoors/overnight stays, many many people are suffering with their mental health and this is one step that will help with hundreds of young adults suffering being apart from their partner.
