Petition scooters over 125cc

The current legislation prevents someone over the age of 24 driving a manual scooter of over 125 cc without taking a further test on a motorcycle first and using a foot gear change.

I would like to propose that the law is changed and that a separate license category is created to address this situation.

The category would cover all scooter riders driving a scooter of 125 cc to 300cc with a manual gear change.
