Rejected petition fund foreign aid by charitable donation not the taxpayer

if it is deemed acceptable to fund such important bodies as the RNLI , cancer research, the British heart foundation , the welsh air ambulance, Oxfam , save the children,etc,etc, by charitable donation then it should be right to treat foreign aid in the same light, I stress I am not talking about humanitarian aid which is to be viewed differently
