Care assistants suffer minimun wage when their job role deserves more. Nurses and other NHS jobs do not endure the harsh reality of being under paid. Care assistant are forced to lay out dead bodies and suffer harsh hours when their job description does have any statement of this. The job description of care assistants are under estimated and under paid. Something needs to be changed.
