The government should have a public enquiry into why these organisations are ignored to having both Cowboy Builders and Rouge Traders as members.

Especially the fact that some Trustmark members who are sponsored by the FMB {Federation of Master Builders} are licensed by the government, who in turn boast about stamping out these type of tradesmen, giving the public peace of mind. Which they clearly and proven DO NOT.
