Closed Government does more to stamp out COWBOY BUILDERS and ROUGE TRADESMEN.

Government to do more than just pose on posters etc. in order to stamp out all these Cowboy builders and Rouge Tradesmen. An example would be Vince Cable posing on Trustmark's launch. When this Trustmark organisation has been PROVEN to have Cowboy builders as members . But is ignored by government.
