Utility companies, HMRC etc should all have freephone numbers as these are services that we are forced to have. In addition all companies who answer less than 80% of their calls in less than 20 seconds should also be forced to have freephone numbers. This will stop arrogant large corporations from passing their customer service costs on to the consumer.
