The one man complicit in the appointment of the wrong man has resigned and abrogated his responsibility by simply passing the cost of any inquiry into this classic failure of the professional elite of this country on to the taxpayer. THIS MUST NOT BE ALLOWED. If any money is to be spent it must come from the Co-operative Bank or from the perpetrators of the situation. THE TAXPAYER HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT WHEN ON AND SHOULD NOT BE MADE TO PAY FOR THE CONSEQUENCES.
