Petition Scrap HS2 and use the money to build a fixed road highway between England and France
More details
The extensive level of business, social, economic and trade integration that is now typical between member states on the European mainland will only ever occur in Britain when her mainland becomes substantially joined to the Continent by means of an unrestricted vehicular access between England and France, unrestricted meaning a fixed highway operated under a toll system having charges commensurate with any other major European structural tunnel, bridge or alpine pass, furthermore upon completion of the highway Britain must adapt current passport control and accept the border free terms of the Schengen Accord
