sanctions should only aply to those who turn down work with no good reason. genuine jobseekers are getting sanctiond for being a few mins late which makes it harder to get work as they have no way of getting there, or a 3 month sanction for not adding a date that you aplyed for a job. theese ilusive decision makers need investigated they are either incompitant or abusive in there position
