Rejected petition if scotalnd is to leave the union then the whole of the UK should be included in the petition as it affects us all

I believe the break up of the united kingdom is something which we all need a say in, the UK without scotland needs a referedum for all the people of the union. it is not simply scotlands decision to leave. This proposed legislation is fundamentally flawed and disenfranchises the citizens of the rest of the UK. We should all have a vote on this.
