The Foreign Secretary must summon the U.S. Ambassador to inform him that any further interference by the U.S. President or the U.S. Secretary of State in the debate on the UK's membership of the EU is unacceptable.

Should this interference continue then the Foreign Secretary must respond in kind by interfering in North American affairs by calling on Canada to secede from the North American Free Trade Agreement.
