The decision for Scotland to leave the UK is a matter for all of the the people of our nation.

The present legislation is flawed and disenfranchises the rest of the population on such an important decision.
The planned referendum should be repealed and a referendum held for the whole population of the UK to vote on whether Scotland should leave the United Kingdom.
