The media is having too much of an influence on the public, the younger generation in particular. It is beginning to take a toll on peoples lives in such a way that it the media is making decisions for the public ( unknowingly) and for some causes an increase in diseases since the 80's - such as anorexia, bulimia etc due to advertisements (models and celebrities)
