To debate whether the UK government should enshrine in law the right of the healthy population not to be subject to quarantines and mask-wearing orders for a public health challenge of the type posed by COVID-19.

Because there is clear evidence that firstly lockdowns do not work - evidenced by around 30 scientific reports examining the comparative effects of different states of lockdown. And secondly because the social and economic damage of lockdown restrictions are greater than any benefit that can be identified from those restrictions.
