Rejected petition motorway network and reinstall those that have been removed quickly

Reinstalling those hard shoulder networks on our motorway network and removal of the so called Smart motorway system which is short sighted penny pinching and causing needless deaths on our already dangerous motorways

By removing these vital safety area’s the Highways department are playing with innocent people’s lives and therefore making it dangerous to even travel on the motorway network the hard shoulder was and should remain a safe zone for motorists that break down either through mechanical failure or sudden illness it isn’t an option to rely on a so called safe zone which requires people to put their lives at risk just to reach it
