The Office of Constable is unique. It imposes a duty of individual discretion and accountability upon each Officer. Compulsory Severance[Redundancy] based upon compliance with Orders destroys that principle.Officers to have Employment Rights EXCLUDING RIGHT TO STRIKE.
Officers in rest of European Union have these Rights.
At present Officers have limited access to Employment Tribunals.This limits Officers ability to defend themselves from bullying within the workplace.Proposed Compulsory Severance to be withdrawn by Home Secretary.
