Closed Christmas Tax Break

No employee contributed tax to be paid every year on a months amount of pay before Christmas, which would be received in the month leading up to Christmas.

This would help many people who would otherwise use credit cards/loans/overdrafts to pay for presents and also the economy, as you would be willing to spend more money in retailers, buying presents.

To cover this, the full yearly amount of tax would be collected in the other pay packets for that person. So the right amount of tax would be paid over the course of the year.
