It seems unnecessary that factory farm eggs still exist and it just seems plain cruel.

Factory farms should be shut down or converted into free range farms. Chickens should be let out of their tiny cages and harsh, harmful conditions.

I want this department to ban factory farming and add conditions that the animals need to live an acceptable life. If not ban factory farming, I think the conditions should at least be made better.
