Closed Put a cap on how many children a parent can claim on child benefits to prevent benefit babies

There should be a cap of 3 children per couple of which they can recieve child benefits. Any child they have after the limit should be supported solely by the couple and not be reliant on society. This aims to prevent the growing culture of benefit babies, having children in order to gain an income through child benefits instead of going to work.
