Rejected petition NHS pay rise of 1% should be higher

The pay rise of 1% should be reviewed and increased, the NHS staff have supported the country more than anyone during this time of national crisis. Especially when the country can afford to pay people to sit at home for over a year.

NHS has been stretched and stressed beyond any normal working year so for this extraordinary year where the staff have gone above and beyond to offer a paltry 1% is an insult to those hard working who have kept the country alive.
