To ensure that overseas aid is never enshrined in law unless fully supported by a democratic majority referendum. That overseas aid is suspended until financially starved and deprived social issues have been fully addressed in Britain including the satisfactory funding of: care for the elderly, our defence forces and the eradication of child poverty and poor housing.
