How is it possible that the EU commission can let the main culprits (UBS & Barclays )of the banking cartel scandal get away with 2.5bn Euros of fines when they have been clearly been caught red handed. I am petitioning for tougher consequences for high profit institutions when they take advantage and at the expense of the general public and also for the transparent distribution of fines to good causes such as Schools and hospitals throughout the member states.
