Rejected petition Help for couples with children to access nhs funding for ivf

Couples struggling to get pregnant who already have children are excluded from the NHS for IVF. If the government can fund methodone why cant they fund ivf for every couple struggling to conceive??? We the undersigned think all couples regardless of whether they have children should be able to receive treatment in the form of IVF.
