Petition adolescent hospital services

there needs to be a greater age break up on hospital wards.
As when a person turns 16 (in some areas) they're put on an adult ward which is usually with adults whom are very old and frail.
I think there needs to be somewhere for say 16-25years old so they have a ward where others are the same age to as them so they feel more comfortable with the environment they're in and therefore hopefully recovery better and quicker
