Rejected petition To allow Employees the right to decline the COVID vaccine without consequences.

Make it unlawful for all professional sectors, including the Healthcare Sector/Care companies to refuse work to their Employees or dismiss them for refusing the Covid-19 vaccine.

It is against human rights to make any sort of treatment a legal requirement, the refusal of it must be left without consequences under any circumstances. Many workers from different sectors including the Healthcare Sector, cannot take the COVID-19 vaccine for various reasons. Some examples of it being religious beliefs, a medical condition, or a history of allergenic reactions. Allowing workers to suffer consequences for following human rights is unacceptable and should not be allowed.
