Woman should not have to worry about going out whether it be any time of the day, looking over their shoulder. More so at night time, predetors that think they can touch, grope, stalk, rape and even murder should be dealt with tougher, longer sentences when committing such heinous acts and crimes. Something needs to be done and soon.
