Legislate to ban the use of employment agencies, with the aim that all employees whether full time part time, seasonal, casual, bank etc would have to be either directly employed by the company and not through a third party, or fully self employed that is to say a limited company and operating for profit.

this does not mean legislate to constrict operations of employment agencies. we are asking for a ban.
