Vaccinated citizens should be exempted from quarantine when entering the country.
Tests can be carried out by existing ways.
People who needs to travel in different countries are being held up because of quarantines.
If they are vaccinated and have smaller chance of spread the virus, they should be exempt from the quarantine lasting ten days.
