Produce official certification for anyone who requests it for evidence that they have received both covid 19 vaccinations to enable travel or access to any other event that requests proof of immunisation.

Roll out a Covid-19 certificate to become effective by June 21st 2021 in line with the planned lifting of Covid-19 restrictions. This will protect the human rights of people who have accepted the vaccination.
